23rd St Yoga is committed to guide you towards physical, mental and spiritual well-being by offering yoga classes that incorporate the ancient tradition of yoga; breathing, meditation and asana. It is important during this fast paced world to take care of all your health and well-being, including your psyche. Our philosophy is to teach you about wellness from within by practicing yoga.
We hope to teach you a new awareness of your body, mind and spirit. We also hope that you’ll gain the knowledge and the ability to find new limits in your practice. We are excited to have Susan Jane Hall as our guest instructor! She is a Yoga alliance certified, RTT 400. Join Susan as she brings Bhakti Yoga to the studio! Bhakti Yoga is a devotional practice with chanting or sounding mantra which heals the subtle planes of the body ( the nadis ) By correcting and internal imbalance and by utilizing our own voice, the sounding of sacred text, we can find inner balance for ourselves.
So join us on October 24th, 6pm ~ The class is a donation based class!
